
AMRAK SPORTING CLUB – RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Amrak Sporting Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the terms below to ensure your return is eligible.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY.
We accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and labels must be attached

Items must not carry any scents, including perfume, aftershave, or detergent

Items must be free from stains, tears, and other damage
-
Underwear, socks, and jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Returns must include original packaging
-
Proof of postage (tracking number) must be kept until your return is processed
To initiate a return, email us at info@asc365.co.uk with your order number and email address. We’ll send you detailed return instructions.
EXCHANGES.
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging.

Exchanges must be for the same product (e.g. a different size)

All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend placing a new order separately to avoid missing out if your desired item sells out

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit to allow you to reorder
REFUNDS.
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
We will issue a refund or store credit if your return meets the conditions outlined above. Refunds will not be issued for:

Damaged items that were not caused during manufacturing or shipping

Altered garments or those with stains, odours, or wear

Items returned outside the 14-day window
Refund Timeframe

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process after we receive your return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We cannot refund to a different card or bank account under any circumstances
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us at returns@asc365.co.uk. If necessary, check with your bank after receiving our refund confirmation.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@asc365.co.uk with your order number and email address.

We will cover return shipping costs for damaged items

A refund will be issued once the return is received and approved

You may place a new order for a replacement item at your convenience
STORE CREDIT.
Store credit is the fastest way to exchange an item.

Choose Store Credit when registering your return online

Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit code via email

Store credit can only be used on our official website
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note the following items are non-returnable:

Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)

Jewellery

Complete the process and pay for your return label

You’ll receive a DPD return shipping label via email

Print and securely attach the label to your return package

Drop the parcel at your nearest DPD location – Find one here

Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit
Please note:

Processing may take up to 14 working days after your parcel arrives at our warehouse

During busy periods (e.g. holidays), returns may take longer to process

Only registered items will be processed – unregistered items will be excluded
