ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All estimated delivery times include processing and are calculated from the date and time your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or promotional sale periods. However, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
All prices listed include VAT.
United Kingdom Deliveries

Standard Shipping (1–6 working days): £6.00

Express Shipping (1–3 working days): £11.00

Next Day Shipping (guaranteed next working day*): £19.00
*Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM for next-day delivery.
Services provided by DPD and Royal Mail.
You may also choose a courier of your preference at checkout. If you are unsure whether you’ll be home to receive the delivery, we recommend using a local pickup point to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and hope you are fully satisfied upon receiving your parcel.
PROCESSING GUIDELINES
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.
To cancel an order, please email returns@asc.co.uk.
Note: Cancellations are not possible once your order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you believe you may not be available to accept your delivery, please select a local pickup point instead.
While you may choose from multiple courier options, Amrak Sporting Club is not responsible for:

Missing parcels after confirmed delivery

Refused deliveries

Undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that product appearance may slightly differ from images on our website due to:

We do not intentionally enhance or misrepresent product visuals. Each piece is crafted with care, and we hope you are pleased with your purchase upon arrival.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR UNEXPECTED ITEMS.
We inspect every item prior to shipping. However, if you receive:

We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.
